Beetelco, S.A. de C.V. (en adelante "Bee Telecom"), con domicilio en Av. Miguel Alemán No. 505, Santa María Xixitla, San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, C.P. 72760, es responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales que recabe de sus clientes, usuarios, proveedores, visitantes del sitio www.beetelecom.mx y, en general, de cualquier persona física cuyos datos personales sean tratados con motivo de la prestación de sus servicios de telecomunicaciones, Internet y centro de datos ("Data Center"), alojamiento y almacenamiento de información.

Este aviso se emite en cumplimiento de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Nueva Ley publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 20 de marzo de 2025, con reforma vigente publicada el 14 de noviembre de 2025; en adelante la "Ley") y, en lo aplicable, de la Ley en Materia de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión (DOF 16 de julio de 2025) y la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.

1. Datos personales que se recaban

Bee Telecom podrá recabar, directa o indirectamente, los siguientes datos personales de los representantes, contactos autorizados, personal técnico o administrativo de sus clientes y usuarios:

  • Nombre completo de la persona titular y/o de su representante legal, y razón o denominación social del cliente;
  • Domicilio, referencias de localización y comprobante de domicilio, para la correcta ubicación del sitio donde se prestará el servicio;
  • Teléfono móvil, teléfono fijo y correo electrónico de contacto;
  • Identificación oficial y, en su caso, Acta Constitutiva, poder del representante legal y Constancia de Situación Fiscal (R.F.C.);
  • Datos de facturación y, en su caso, nombre del titular y datos de la tarjeta o cuenta bancaria utilizada para el pago de los servicios;
  • Datos técnicos de operación asociados a la prestación de los servicios de conectividad, Internet y Data Center (direcciones IP, registros de acceso físico y lógico a instalaciones, y demás información necesaria para la operación del servicio contratado).

Bee Telecom no recaba, de manera intencional, datos personales sensibles en términos del artículo 2, fracción VI, de la Ley. En caso de que, por la naturaleza del servicio, resultara indispensable el tratamiento de algún dato de esta categoría, se solicitará el consentimiento expreso y por escrito del titular, conforme al artículo 8 de la Ley.

2. Finalidades del tratamiento

Los datos personales recabados serán utilizados para las siguientes finalidades, que dan origen y son necesarias para la relación jurídica entre Bee Telecom y el titular:

  • Identificar al cliente y/o usuario y verificar su capacidad para contratar los servicios;
  • Prestar y dar seguimiento a los servicios de telecomunicaciones, Internet, Data Center, alojamiento y almacenamiento de información contratados;
  • Procesar pagos y generar y enviar comprobantes fiscales digitales;
  • Dar atención a solicitudes, quejas, aclaraciones o sugerencias;
  • Cumplir con obligaciones legales, fiscales y regulatorias aplicables, incluyendo requerimientos de autoridad competente.

De manera adicional, y siempre que el titular no manifieste su oposición conforme a la sección 6 de este aviso, los datos podrán utilizarse para las siguientes finalidades secundarias, que no son necesarias para el servicio contratado pero permiten brindar una mejor atención:

  • Envío de publicidad, ofertas comerciales y promoción de nuevos servicios de Bee Telecom;
  • Elaboración de estadísticas internas para la mejora de los servicios.

3. Fundamento legal

Este aviso se emite conforme a los artículos 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 y 16 de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (DOF 20 de marzo de 2025), que establecen, respectivamente, el objeto de la Ley, las definiciones aplicables, los principios de protección de datos personales, las reglas del consentimiento, la obligación de informar al titular a través del aviso de privacidad y el contenido mínimo que éste debe tener.

4. Transferencia de datos personales

Bee Telecom podrá transferir sus datos personales, sin requerir su consentimiento, únicamente en los supuestos previstos por el artículo 36 de la Ley, entre ellos: cuando la transferencia esté prevista en una ley o tratado del que México sea parte; cuando sea necesaria para el mantenimiento o cumplimiento de la relación jurídica entre Bee Telecom y el titular (por ejemplo, con proveedores de facturación, cobranza o infraestructura técnica que actúen como personas encargadas); o cuando sea requerida por autoridad competente.

En cualquier otro caso de transferencia, Bee Telecom comunicará al tercero receptor este aviso de privacidad y las finalidades a las que el titular sujetó el tratamiento de sus datos, conforme al artículo 35 de la Ley, y solicitará el consentimiento del titular cuando éste sea legalmente exigible.

5. Derechos ARCO y mecanismos para ejercerlos

El titular tiene derecho a acceder, rectificar y cancelar sus datos personales, así como a oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos (derechos ARCO), conforme a los artículos 21 a 26 de la Ley. Para ejercer estos derechos, el titular deberá presentar una solicitud que cumpla con los requisitos del artículo 28 de la Ley, dirigida al correo electrónico contacto@beetelecom.mx, o de manera personal en el domicilio señalado al inicio de este aviso.

Bee Telecom dará respuesta a la solicitud dentro del plazo máximo de veinte días hábiles previsto en el artículo 31 de la Ley, contado a partir de su recepción, plazo que podrá ampliarse por una sola ocasión cuando así lo justifiquen las circunstancias del caso.

Si el titular considera que su solicitud no fue atendida conforme a la Ley, podrá acudir ante la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, autoridad que, conforme al Decreto publicado en el DOF el 20 de marzo de 2025, asumió las funciones que anteriormente correspondían al INAI en materia de protección de datos personales en posesión de particulares.

6. Revocación del consentimiento y oposición a finalidades secundarias

El titular podrá revocar en cualquier momento el consentimiento otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, y oponerse al uso de los mismos para las finalidades secundarias señaladas en la sección 2, enviando su solicitud al correo contacto@beetelecom.mx.

7. Medidas de seguridad

Conforme al artículo 18 de la Ley, Bee Telecom ha implementado medidas de seguridad administrativas, técnicas y físicas para proteger los datos personales contra daño, pérdida, alteración, destrucción o el uso, acceso o tratamiento no autorizados, incluyendo el uso del protocolo "https" en su sitio de Internet.

8. Uso de cookies y tecnologías de rastreo

El sitio www.beetelecom.mx utiliza cookies y web beacons con fines estadísticos y para mejorar la experiencia de navegación. El usuario podrá deshabilitar estas tecnologías mediante la configuración de su navegador o solicitando su inhabilitación al correo contacto@beetelecom.mx.

9. Modificaciones al presente aviso

Bee Telecom podrá modificar este aviso de privacidad en cualquier momento, en cuyo caso los cambios se darán a conocer a través de su sitio de Internet www.beetelecom.mx, conforme al artículo 15, fracción VI, de la Ley.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Beetelco, S.A. de C.V. ("Bee Telecom")

Beetelco, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Bee Telecom"), with address at Av. Miguel Alemán No. 505, Santa María Xixitla, San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, C.P. 72760, is responsible for the processing of the personal data it collects from its clients, users, suppliers, visitors to the website www.beetelecom.mx, and, in general, any individual whose personal data is processed in connection with the provision of its telecommunications, Internet, and data center ("Data Center") services, and information hosting and storage.

This notice is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (New Law published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025, with an effective amendment published on November 14, 2025; hereinafter the "Law") and, where applicable, the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law (DOF July 16, 2025) and the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

1. Personal data collected

Bee Telecom may collect, directly or indirectly, the following personal data from the representatives, authorized contacts, and technical or administrative personnel of its clients and users:

  • Full name of the data subject and/or their legal representative, and the corporate or business name of the client;
  • Address, location references, and proof of address, for correctly locating the site where the service will be provided;
  • Mobile phone, landline phone, and contact email address;
  • Official identification and, where applicable, Articles of Incorporation, power of attorney of the legal representative, and Tax Status Certificate (R.F.C.);
  • Billing information and, where applicable, the cardholder's name and the details of the card or bank account used to pay for the services;
  • Technical operating data associated with the provision of connectivity, Internet, and Data Center services (IP addresses, physical and logical access records to facilities, and other information necessary for the operation of the contracted service).

Bee Telecom does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data within the meaning of article 2, section VI, of the Law. Should the processing of any data in this category become indispensable due to the nature of the service, the data subject's express, written consent will be requested, in accordance with article 8 of the Law.

2. Purposes of processing

The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes, which give rise to and are necessary for the legal relationship between Bee Telecom and the data subject:

  • Identify the client and/or user and verify their capacity to contract the services;
  • Provide and follow up on the contracted telecommunications, Internet, Data Center, hosting, and information storage services;
  • Process payments and generate and send digital tax receipts;
  • Attend to requests, complaints, clarifications, or suggestions;
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including requirements from competent authorities.

In addition, and provided the data subject does not state their objection in accordance with section 6 of this notice, the data may be used for the following secondary purposes, which are not necessary for the contracted service but allow us to provide better service:

  • Sending advertising, commercial offers, and promotion of new Bee Telecom services;
  • Preparing internal statistics to improve services.

3. Legal basis

This notice is issued in accordance with articles 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (DOF March 20, 2025), which establish, respectively, the purpose of the Law, the applicable definitions, the principles of personal data protection, the rules on consent, the obligation to inform the data subject through the privacy notice, and the minimum content it must contain.

4. Transfer of personal data

Bee Telecom may transfer your personal data, without requiring your consent, only in the cases provided for in article 36 of the Law, including: when the transfer is provided for in a law or treaty to which Mexico is a party; when it is necessary for the maintenance or performance of the legal relationship between Bee Telecom and the data subject (for example, with billing, collection, or technical infrastructure providers acting as data processors); or when it is required by a competent authority.

In any other case of transfer, Bee Telecom will communicate this privacy notice to the receiving third party, along with the purposes for which the data subject authorized the processing of their data, in accordance with article 35 of the Law, and will request the data subject's consent when legally required.

5. ARCO rights and mechanisms for exercising them

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, and cancel their personal data, as well as to object to its processing (ARCO rights), in accordance with articles 21 to 26 of the Law. To exercise these rights, the data subject must submit a request that meets the requirements of article 28 of the Law, addressed to the email contacto@beetelecom.mx, or in person at the address indicated at the beginning of this notice.

Bee Telecom will respond to the request within the maximum period of twenty business days provided for in article 31 of the Law, counted from its receipt, a period that may be extended once when justified by the circumstances of the case.

If the data subject believes their request was not handled in accordance with the Law, they may turn to the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the authority that, pursuant to the Decree published in the DOF on March 20, 2025, assumed the functions previously held by INAI regarding the protection of personal data held by private parties.

6. Revocation of consent and objection to secondary purposes

The data subject may revoke, at any time, the consent given for the processing of their personal data, and may object to its use for the secondary purposes described in section 2, by sending a request to contacto@beetelecom.mx.

7. Security measures

In accordance with article 18 of the Law, Bee Telecom has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, including the use of the "https" protocol on its website.

8. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

The website www.beetelecom.mx uses cookies and web beacons for statistical purposes and to improve the browsing experience. Users may disable these technologies through their browser settings or by requesting their deactivation via email at contacto@beetelecom.mx.

9. Changes to this notice

Bee Telecom may modify this privacy notice at any time, in which case the changes will be announced through its website www.beetelecom.mx, in accordance with article 15, section VI, of the Law.
